IF OUR PRODUCTS DO NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING RETURN OPTIONS:

1- IF YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISREPRESENTED PRODUCTS (OUR FAULT):

  1. We will gladly replace your item(s) with the same item(s) that was originally ordered. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. Ta3liem Shop will send you a pre-paid FedEx/UPS label to ship the defective package back to us. If the returned item is in working/new condition, Ta3liem Shop will deduct the cost of the shipping label sent to you from the cost of the item as long as all of the conditions below are met.
  2. Please keep the package as it is and call us immediately for further assistance.

2 – IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE:

  1. We can offer a full refund of the cost of the item(s). We cannot refund the cost of shipping and handling.
  2. Alternatively, we can also offer you a store credit for future purchases.
  3. Important: To qualify for the above options:
  4. DVDs, CDs, electronics, VHS tapes, audio tapes or games and puzzles must be unopened and in their original, sealed (plastic-wrapped) boxes.
  5. Books, flashcards, posters and other products must be unmarked, unwritten, unbent and in new condition.

3 – GENERAL RULES:

  1. Items that do not meet the above conditions cannot be accepted for refund.
  2. No item(s) will be accepted for return after 30 days of customer receipt of products.
  3. Damaged products (not due to our fault) may receive partial or no credit.
  4. As long as the product is not damaged or defective, the following items are not accepted for return once the original packaging has been opened: software, electronics, CDs, DVDs, audio tapes, VHS tapes, and bundles of books with CDs or books with DVDs.
  5. All returned goods that require new packaging and missing parts are subject to up to 50% restocking fees.
  6. We do not accept any product that was not purchased directly from Ta3liem Shop, and such products will be rejected.
  7. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted. We do not accept packages marked as “return to sender”.
  8. Returns from Canada or abroad: Please contact Ta3liem Shop via email (Contact@Ta3liemShop.com) before shipping for complete instructions.
  9. You can expect your refund in the form of a credit to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after we have received your return.
  10. Wholesale and special orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
  11. The shipping fees paid do not cover customs duties, fees, or taxes/VAT imposed by your country. You are responsible for those charges.
  12. You can return the item as long as it is in new and unused condition. You are responsible for both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs. FedEx may also charge us any customs or tax fees that you have not paid to your country or to return them to the U.S. All these costs will be deducted from the total amount.
